Private International Futsal Academy Conditioning Session with GB Sprinter and Commonwealth Games Medallist, Harry Aikines Aryeetey.

Players from the Academy were challenged individually and collectively through a challenging Conditioning & Core Circuit at Legacy Training Gym in Loughborough by the former Young Sports Personality of the Year.

Harry is a professional athlete for British Athletics representing Great Britain with a 100 metre PB of 10.08, training full time also, he offered an insight in to his personal training and preparations.
