Russell is an accomplished young English Futsal player, having been at Tottenham Hotspur FC in his youth, he has since gone on to be a regular face and now captain of Loughborough Students Futsal in the FA National League One. He also represents England Under 21 Development Squad, having previously played and scored for the England Futsal Senior squad in Malta.
